前几天总板在战冰箱的调度，好奇就辜狗了一下找到这篇文章。 去年火箭本有机会进季後赛却没打进，Bleach Report的 Danny Dukker写了一篇讨伐冰箱 的文章。原来去年就有人炮冰箱了， 虽然很多人说BR的东西看看就好，这篇在ClutchFan 好像也被骂翻了，还是翻译一下顺便赚个赌本。 本季因为林到了火箭，我也成了火箭的一季球迷。对於去年火箭的情况不是很了解，但是 Dukker去年列的几个问题，我认为跟现在的火箭还蛮像的。 以下是Dukker认为冰箱是个失败教练的十个理由。 10 Reasons Kevin McHale Has Already Failed as Coach http://www.ppt.cc/FM_d ◎ Failed to Orchestrate Good Trades 无法策划好的交易 I realize the coach is not the one who does the trading and the dealing of players, but he does have a say. A good coach always makes sure he has a say in the trading of players and even makes suggestions to the front office. 我知道教练的工作并不是处理球员交易以及签约事宜，但教练拥有话语权。一个好的教 练必须随时确保他在球员的交易中有置喙的权利，甚至在必要的时候给制服组一些建议。 McHale has done nothing as far as trading except for getting rid of one of the more promising young point guards in the league for Marcus Camby.
