A parking attendant had Alston's car towed, saying he was illegally parked and didn't pay. Alston is accused of grabbing the attendant's arm, shaking him and spitting on him after Alston's vehicle was towed. "We got into a shouting match. My car was towed and I was basically asking the parking attendant where he had my car towed to," Alston said. "There were no hits, nothing transpired." The attendant then got the attention of an officer who subsequently placed Alston under arrest.
