Naturally, I thought Jake Tsakalidi s had arrived in town and was walking through the Rockets' sets with assista nt coaches. Wrong tall, blond guy. The Dallas Mavericks charter had touched down at 3:30 that morning. They had practiced at around noon. And at 8:30, Dirk Nowitzki, less than 24 hours after hitting the Bucks for 38, was on the Toyota Center practice court workin g on his shot. The Rockets should have locked him in there.
