Rockets swap F Padgett to Grizzlies for C Tsakalidis February 13, 2007 HOUSTON (TICKER) -- The Houston Rockets on Tuesday acquired some depth at center with the acquisition of Jake Tsakalidis from the Memphis Grizzlies in exchange for forward Scott Padgett. The 7-2, 290-pound Tsakalidis is averaging 2.3 points and 2.8 rebounds in 23 games - seven starts - with the Grizzlies this season. Tsakalidis, who is a Greece native in his seventh NBA season, has averaged 4.9 points and 4.0 rebounds in 302 career games with Phoenix and Memphis. The 6-9 Padgett averaged 1.8 points and 1.9 rebounds in 24 games with the Rockets this season.
