30年前，有一群台湾人和外国人每个礼拜六纵横在山林里，利用面粉作记号，上山下海踏
遍台湾每一个角落。现在我们邀请您和我们一起跑入大自然，在进行刺激比赛同时，亦可
沿途欣赏优雅宜人的山林风景。同时选手完成比赛，将提拨金额捐助需要帮助的团体及家
庭。

30 Years ago a group of Taiwanese and foreign runners began running every
Saturday. Using flour to mark the trails, they ran up mountains down to the
sea and across all corners of Taiwan. We invite you now to join in an
exciting race through the great outdoors in this same spirit of discovery.
Proceeds from this event will go toward helping disadvantaged families.
