【歌单】社会运动的15首R&B歌曲 http://www.urbanunion.tw/2013/09/15r.html 黑人音乐本身即是一个被压迫歧视的民族历史，从最早的黑人灵歌、南方流传的工作歌， 到後来一方面有讨好白人中产阶级的流行风格，另一方面则是悖离主流市场、狂野而追求 自我的声响。直到今天，所谓非主流与主流的分界，其实在黑人音乐中仍旧非常鲜明。六 零和七零年代分别有民权运动与越战，又适逢美国史上最糟糕的总统尼克森在位，加上从 乌兹塔克爆发出长达十年的音乐文化能量，此时期的社会运动、抗议歌曲特别的多。这种 在压抑中时时寻求解放与自由的心情，和台湾人十分相似。 本次歌单收录Marvin Gaye着名的大哉问〈What's Going On〉；Donny Hathaway感人肺腑 的渴求〈Someday We'll All Be Free〉；Sam Cooke经典〈A Change Is Gonna Come〉； 由Lee Dorsey原唱、後来成为欧巴马竞选名言的〈Yes We Can〉；The Staples Singers 为无产阶级的呐喊〈When Will We Be Paid (For the Work We Did?)〉；Gil Scott-Heron字字珠玑的革命诠释〈The Revolution Will Not Be Televised〉；最後再 加上当代巨星John Legend气势磅礡的〈If You're Out There〉，激情唱着「我们就是当 下的世代，无法再等待；未来始於昨日，我们已然迟了。」 1.
