最近听好多老咖
James Ingram的精选Forever More也在其中
这位先生最为人所知的曲子恐怕是The American Tale(美国鼠谭)的主题曲
与Linda Ronstadt合唱的"Somewhere Out There"
他的声音跟Michael Bolton非常相像 不过没有那麽沙 假音用的比较多
但是唱起情歌来会让我忘记现在到底在听谁的歌XD
在这期末考的时候听一听这种成人抒情经典 还蛮能静下心来
这张专辑收录不少经典好歌
除了Somewhere Out There之外
还有翻唱R.Kelly的"I Believe I Can Fly"
以及80年代初ABC-TV的肥皂剧General Hospital的插曲"Baby Come to Me"
这首1983年的冠军曲是Ingram和Patti Austin合唱(她是我非常喜爱的女歌手)
後来两人又合作了一首How Do You Keep the Music Playing
此外与Dolly Parton合唱的The Day I Fall in Love也还不错
还有和好友Michael McDonald共同谱写的Yah Mo B There
他出道时和大老Quincy Jones合作的Just Once也值得一听
想当初1981年唱这首歌时还顶着麦克风头
不过此後头发好像愈来愈短 现在大概已经是光头了吧XD
