Ortiz and Ramírez. Manny pinch hit in the third and flied to right. Lowell singled in his only at-bat and cruised home on a two-run pinch-hit blast by Cleveland's Victor Martinez. Papelbon did what he does best. He pitched one inning and fanned a pair of batters, including Aaron Rowand on a 95-mile-per-hour heater.
