INJURY UPDATE: Allen said the bone bruise on his left ankle
still causes discomfort but he has been able to play increased
minutes with the absence of Rashard Lewis. Allen said he is
reminded of the injury on mornings when the right foot area stiffens.
"I get down (to the arena) early enough when I maneuver around and
jump in the pool and get my body moving," he said. "I just try to
keep my body active before I start running and jumping. Right now,
there's just a little bit of achiness and soreness."
Allen表示先前左脚踝的挫伤仍旧有些困扰着他，但他已经可以
在Lewis目前不在的当下增加上场的时间。Allen也说到每天早上
右脚部份有些僵硬的感觉，提醒着他还有伤的情况。
"今天我很早就到这(球场)，开始进行练习，在水池中跳跃让身体
活动起来，"他说到。"我就是在我开始奔跑跳跃前让自己保持好的
状态。现在只有一些酸痛的感觉。"
