From RealGM Supersub15 (ESPN insider): Hakim Warrick worked out last night at Tim Grover's gym for the Knicks, Hornets, Blazers, Clippers, Lakers, Raptors and Bobcats. Here are excerpts from Chad Ford’s comments: The reviews are mixed. Grover says that he is one of the hardest working guys in his gym, but when he went head to head against Andre Iguadola for an hour, he barely broke a sweat. His shooting mechanics are silky smooth and he gets such great lift on his jumper that its going to be hard to stop at the pro level. The only problem is that he still has not developed a real NBA 3-point range. Warrick has been working out with Grover for eight weeks in order to improve his perimeter skills and add weight. The shot looks great, and he’s put on 26 extra pounds. Grover believes Warrick eventually will weigh around 235. Obviously, this is a sticking point because teams don’t know where they’ll play him: 3 or 4.
