标题[外电] Rangers to move Feliz to rotation

Jon Heyman of SI.com hears that the Rangers intend to move
Neftali Feliz into the starting rotation next season.
The Rangers have yet to make an official announcement,
but general manager Jon Daniels has previously said
that he wants to make a decision on the matter before
spring training. Previous reports have indicated that
Feliz would potentially stay as the closer if the Rangers
keep C.J. Wilson or sign another free agent starter,
but Heyman makes it sound like he'll be a starter no matter what.
If they truly intend to shift Feliz to the rotation, that should
put them in the mix for a free agent closer. Stay tuned.
