标题[问题] cvs档第一列作为变数名称

请问如何把读取的CSV档的第一列设为变数名称，而不被R当作变数下去运算？
[软体熟悉度]:
入门(写过其他程式，只是对语法不熟悉)
R 3.4.0
RStudio 1.0.153
