Bot teams can now get U21 teams. Bot teams with at least 10 U21 players will
always get a youth squad. If necessary to make the U21 league even, a random
bot team can be given enough U21 players to start a youth squad.
电脑U21队重出江湖 !!
只要有10个以上U21球员，电脑也会开启U21队。
如果U21联赛的队伍需要凑双，会随机补足一队电脑的球员开U21。
If there are already several U21 bot teams in the country no new bot youth
squads are created. Instead, one of the bot teams is given a bye. Teams with
a human manager will always get an opponent in the U21 league from now on.
从现在起，有U21队的活人玩家不会在U21联赛轮空。
如果某国已经有一些电脑U21队，同时U21联赛需要凑双数，
那麽会消灭一队电脑U21，而不是新创一队电脑U21。
Bot teams can now also make substitutions in normal matches. They will use
this to give their most talented players who are not part of the starting
eleven some match experience.
电脑球队现在在普通比赛也会换人 !!
电脑会在比赛换上板凳最有天分的球员(们)拿比赛经验。
