标题[问题] pycocotools 安装问题

如题，
小弟最近要实作有关图片辨识的AI
因此会用到pycocotool这个lib
但是在安装过程中却报错
cl.exe failed with exit status 2
请问有人知道怎麽解吗？
我爬了很多文但是都没用
我的环境是
py 3.6 64 bits
win10 64bit
