标题[问题] 第一关就卡关

最近才开始学Python
然後我看完下面这个影片
(刚刚发文时发现文章里不能有缩网址的连结...)
Youtube搜寻 Python Programming Tutorial - 6 - Installing PyCharm
大概6分20秒 他说第一次要先点滑鼠右键 然後点 Run '档名'
结果我按了却出现以下这串字
Fatal Python error: Py_Initialize: can't initialize sys standard streams
LookupError: unknown encoding: x-windows-950
Process finished with exit code 3
请问是出了什麽问题?
