标题[问题] python win8.1安装

各位前辈大家好：
小弟我最近正要开始学习python
但是在安装的时候出现了以下的问题
我的电脑是win8.1的
到python的官网下载python的,msi档之後
安装出现了以下的画面
The installer has encountered an unexpected error
installing this pakage.
This may indicate a problem with this pakage.
The error code is 2503.
想要请问一下这个问题要怎麽解决
