标题[问题] Django developer wanted.

Hi, all the python fans,
i'd like to ask that if implmented the web framework by using the django,
where i can find out the proper developers for me to work with.
We're right now on our idea to have a "Youtube" like web platform, but
speicified in video sharing for teaching math/science..., and completely
implemented by python+Django.
