标题[问题] Why I can't type chinese (traditional)?

Sorry, i have a quick quesetion~
i am currently using windows vista (english version),
after i installed kkman, all the functions works well
and shown in traditional chinese.
For instance, i can read all the articles and reply others' posts.
However, everytime i tried to type chinese, it won't work.
For example, i want to type...." I am a taiwanese".
it actually shows as "?????".
Can anyone tell me what happens? or any solutions for me?
