选择随便一个新闻台，过一下之後通常就会出现以"翻摄自网路"的影片或画面作为新闻的
报导。
问题：
新闻台这样翻摄网路影片(*1)於电视上公开播出是否涉及违法？相关法规法条为何？

以Youtube这类有在使用条款(↓)注明不得经由任何媒体(媒介)散布网站内容的来源为准。
