标题[问题] 有关违规的时效

请问，像退文有七天的限制，超过就必须另外申请，那违规水桶部分，是否有时效的限制呢？
以比例来说，几周甚至最多一个月内，应该是可接受范围，太久之前的文章，是否可以时效抗辩呢？
另举例，若该版的版友检举文章已经明定限七日内，那版主主动纠举时间是否也该有期限?
