依ptt判决先例(
#14xM0aHS 案判决)：若当事人以明示拒绝和他人通信、对话、对谈，
之後若行为人再继续以信件或水球、对谈即可该当之该款之骚扰行为。
Galaxy在本人拒绝与其通信後仍发信骚扰，证据如下，已符合上述判例之要件。
