I receive treatment in Mackay Memorial Hospital now, and my therapist is Shu-Chin Chen. She always wants to abandon me. It's real, but maybe you don't believe me. For example, last time she left the room during my therapy. She doesn't want to cure me at all. When I feel misery and want to suicide, they suggests me use the skills of distress tolerance. However, they NEVER teach me any skills. How can I do? --
