收掉在 Appalachian League 的 Pulaski Blue Jays，属於 Rookie 层级
此举让 Jays 手上只有规定最低限度的 5 只小联盟球队。
但传闻他们可能明春会在同样是 Rookie 层级的 Gulf Coast League，加入一只球队
