标题Royals 将聘任 Donny Rowland

Royals 在 24日由 GM Allard Baird 宣布将请 Donny Rowland
担任球队新设立的职位 Senior director of player personnel
并同时主管球员养成、球探部门和拉丁美洲事务。
原来的主管Scouting director Deric Ladnier 和 Farm director
Shaun McGinn 将继续留任并协助 Rowland 工作。
Rowland 最早在 Tigers 当过球员作过球探，陆陆续续在 Yankees、
Angels 任职，最近有名的事绩是帮 Angels 在选秀会上选上 Kotchman
McPherson等顶级新秀。
