标题[问题] HP的机器买来故障可以退货吗??

前天买了一台HP color LJ Pro M154 拆开包装後
发现完全无法列印
後来HP的人员来帮我检测
确定是机器本身有故障所以无法正常运作
请问这样我可以直接退货退钱吗??
还是只能换一台一模一样的?
