标题[邮务] 自己的衣物如何证明货物价值？

如题，都是自己穿过的衣物，寄EMS现在大概是被海关和交换局扣住，
要求证明货物价值
Communication with the addressee about the consignment being deposited in interim warehouse - asked to prove the value of the goods.
当初请家人寄的时候，报关联和商业发票每一样本来想写0，
後来想说写新台币10块，全部加总100，
报关联和商业发票都是勾礼品、细项的後方也有注明used，
不晓得这个情况要怎麽沟通证明货物价值才能顺利清关？
