标题[问题] 多年工作不顺

在此间公司十年，
近六年时间工作运不好
在单位最操劳的位置，
好胜心强，工作能力也不差。
但这几年却升迁不顺利
因爲已怀孕，今年生子後打算请调。
（现在外县市上班 平常通车来回三小时）
不知今年或明年有无机会调到较好的单位？
未来几年工作运如何？
烦请大师开示
