标题[问题] Pokerstars 帐户冻结

版上各位前辈新年快乐~
小弟是刚入池的新鱼一只
之前我玩PokerStars 都是用虚拟货币
前天元旦想说可以来试试真钱
因此用skrill储值了200$
储值後玩了一场红利代码Thirty送的幸运转轮赛赢了之後
突然就被通知帐号被冻结了...
PokerStars 有寄mail来：
Your Stars Account has been temporarily frozen as part of a routine investigat
ion.
As part of our security procedures, we ask that you send us the following info
rmation:
1. a clear copy of your driver's license, front and back, or other photo ID; a
nd
2. a clear copy of your last utility bill (telephone, gas, water, or electric)
indicating your name, address and statement date.
而资料我也回信附上了
只是过了两天都没消息
帐号也还是冻结
想请问一下这是正常的程序吗？
另外一般会冻结或审核多久呢？
好想打牌啊QQ
