标题[问题] PS登录问题

大家好
目前我在A地要登录PS
出现You are already logged-in from another computer.
In order to login here you must first log off from the other computer
前阵子二地轮流登没事.但最近变只能在家打
用手机登录也不行
我也很确定家里电脑是关着的
也就是不该是登录中
不知有没有前辈遇过这问题
求解
