标题[问题] My stupid move

I am the Hero. Although losing about $45 on this hand, I would like to
know how can I play it better. Any comment and instruction would be
appreciated!
Note: When Nebula99 reraised me on flop, I know I have to chase card
to beat him. However I got lots of outs so I move. My thought is ,
if the turn is not what I need, I would be forced to fold cuz he must
bet a big size. Probably it's a stupid thought, pls let me know how u
see this hand.
