The other day I was told that I should check out Dr. Mike Marshal's web site.
I came across this item in his 2009 Q&A files...
224. Hi, I'm 17, a Jr. in high school, and I'm a pitcher. I just had surgery
on my shoulder (torn labrum) last April due to a change in bad mechanics
according to Chris O'Leary's "inverted W".

这篇实在很有趣
虽然我不认同Dr. Marshall的训练观点
但是我更直接反对ChrisOleary的论点 米国超级嘴炮魔人
根据我不负责任的猜测 他本人大概不到100 (误)
