your release point is too early and
your arm does not stretch forward enough. (cause and effect)
try to let your hand to slap on your back after tossing the
ball. if your hand can naturely slap or reach to your back,
your pitching will improve a lot.
your body movement is too slow.
try to step on (your frount foot)the ground very hard during pitching,
