不好意思这句我不太懂
contact point指的是击球点？
是击球之前手越弯越好，还是整个挥棒过程手越晚伸直越好？
我会建议挥到棒子指向投手的时候把手伸直
是为了避免棒子跟手卡住导致收棒不顺
