I've really enjoyed this year, being away from coaching. It gives you a different spatial perspective. You notice that you don't see a lot of happy coaches' faces in the NBA. It's a dynamic group with great experience, and that's why I have a strong belief they're coming out of the East. I have special feelings about three of those guys.
