标题[闲聊] Neil Ashcroft

最近在看固态物理时，想说用了那麽久的书，连作者的基本资料都不知道，於是随手查了一下作者的资料，发现维基上写到Neil Ashcroft在今年3月15号时过世了（但是并没有reference，有没有看到相关新闻 ，所以刚刚删了文）。
有康乃尔大学的人知道近况吗？
