标题[问题] 关於Cebu Pacific的票价

请问订过宿雾航空的版友们，
前天在宿雾航空的网站上买了2张高雄飞马尼拉的来回票
我在reminder里面看到这点：
For Web/Online &Call Center transactions, all guests (other than those
exempted from paying travel tax) departing from the Philippines to
international sectors shall pay the Philippine Travel Tax amounting to Php1620 at the respective
airport in the Philippines prior to departure.
请问是我们从菲律宾要回来之前还要再付1620Peso的意思吗?

Total 7,090.00 TWD
请问这价格是包含所有的税吗? 因为之前在背包客网站看到，有版友说还要缴机场税?
那这样加一加其实价格好像还真不便宜呢= =
