如果你是外国人（或国外华侨），想在我国举行公证结婚，那麽， 一、法定年龄 首先，你必须符合「男须年满十八岁，女须年满十六岁」的最低年龄限制。如果你未满二 十岁，还须先获得法定代理人（通常是父母）的同意，否则不能在台湾结婚。另外，如果 你本国对结婚也有最低年龄的规定，例如说二十一岁，那麽你也必须遵守。 二、所需文件 1. 有效护照；2. 单身证明。单身证明如在国外取得，应经我国驻外馆处验证，再经我国 外交部复验；如系由外国驻华使领馆或授权机构出具者，须再经我国外交部证明。外交部 主管机关为领事事务局，地址：台北市济南路一段2-2号3-5楼，电话：(02)23432913， 23432914，23432915。 请注意：单身证明均须发证机关三个月内所出具。逾期失效，必须重新办理。 三、声请登记 请至迟於预定结婚日前的三个工作日前来公证处声请登记，登记地点为：1.台北地方法院 新店办公大楼联合服务中心五号柜台，地址：台北县新店市中兴路一段248号；2.台北地 方法院本院联合服务中心三号柜台，地址：台北市博爱路131号。 登记时得由一人前来办理，请携带结婚人双方之身分证件（本国人为国民身分证，外国人 为护照，并备影本存卷。外国人并应提出单身证明）、印章，以及证人二人之身分证件（ 本国人之国民身分证，外国人之护照）影本。 请注意：证人须年满二十岁，有行为能力，且在公证结婚当天会出席婚礼者。结婚人若尚 未成年，亦应携带其法定代理人之身分证件（备影本存卷）；结婚人若为现役军人，须另 提出经核准之军人结婚报告表（并备影本存卷），公证结婚日期不得早於该表之预定结婚 日期。 登记时请先向柜台购买公证请求书一份二元（新台币，以下同），详细填写後连同上述文 件交柜台人员登记。结婚日期由结婚人自订，举行仪式场次如下：星期一至星期五上午十 时、十一时及下午三时；星期六、星期日及国定假日上午十时及十一时。 四、应缴费用 平常日公证费一千元，例假日一千五百元。需英文证 Procedure Applicable for Notarial Marriages involving Foreigners This procedure applies to foreigners (or overseas Chinese) who wish to have a notarial marriage in Taiwan, ROC. 1. Legal Age You have to meet the legal age requirement. " The male partner must be 18 years of age or older and the female partner must be 16 years of age or older." Sometimes it could be in the name of "the affidavit of single status", or "sworn affidavit of competency to marry", or "certification of marriage ability". This document is to affirm that you are currently legally eligible for marriage. If the document is issued by a foreign authority, it should be first authenticated by a ROC Embassy, Consulate or Representative Office stationed in that country. Then, it must be re-authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the ROC. If you obtain it from your country's Embassy, Consulate or Representative Office stationed in Taiwan, it should be also authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the ROC.
