Supervisor: Dr. Alice Hu, City University of Hong Kong
Vacancy: 1 PhD (will be filled before 2018 March 30)
Scholarship: Fully funded for three or four years (HKD 16200/month)
Introduction: We are a multiscale material simulation group, and currently
having strong collaboration with other research groups in US, Taiwan and
Hong Kong. By joining our group, you will participate in some very innovative
and fundamental material modeling and analysis technique. We work as a team
and discuss with each other frequently. A self-motivated student who is easy

Research Interests:
Quantum computing materials, High Entropy Alloys, Nanocrystal Engineering, 2D
materials
Requirements:
1. Familiar with VASP or Lammps, or experience in coding (any language)
2. Degree in mathematics, physics, materials science, or chemistry is preferred, while
other discipline degree holders are also welcome
3. English: IELTS>6.5, or TOEFL>79.
