请问一下各位前辈 去年投稿到一篇期刊,隔两天收到回覆reject and resubmit 大意如下: The paper is returned to you, as the language should be improved before we initiate the peer review process. Therefore, I invite you to revise and resubmit the paper. The comments are included at the bottom of this letter. Because we are trying to facilitate timely publication of manuscripts submitted to the Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques, your resubmission should be completed in three months. If it is not possible for you to resubmit within THREE MONTHS, you should contact the Editor. Editor是希望能在三个月内改好重投, 後来因为家里发生一些事,所以一直没有处理,也忘了去回覆要延期, 因为已经过了半年了,请问现在还适合修改过後重投吗?会不会有不好的印象呢? 上传系统还是可以有重投的选项, 亦或是比较建议转投其它期刊呢? 谢谢 --
