标题[问题] 问一个conf -> journal 的问题

小弟最近有一篇conf ... 想要转 journal
有选定Springer 某 journal 後 上面的 guide 说
Submission of a manuscript implies: that the work described has not been
published before;
小弟的 journal 有把整篇整个重写
abstract 重写 . Introduction 重写 . Related work 除了原本的以外
还新增加了 survey.
实验的部份除了旧有的以外 还补了很多data 和 跑统计模型
在方法的部份. 虽然我整个重写 .
但是我如果这样就丢了的话 会不会和他的规定有所冲途呢
