标题[问题] IEEE Commun. Lett. 页数规定

最近老板给我一个 Commun. Lett.的information for authors
上面写着最高字数是2200个单字 里面并有以下这段
2200 words of true text are equivalent to four pages of double-spaced 11-
point text. (IEEE Publication Style manuscript, with 10-point text and
two-column format, should be no longer than three printed pages.)
我想请问大家 重复确认一下 这应该是说 现在规定写完一篇commun. lett.
大约就是只有三页了(以two-column那种常见的制式格式来看) 是嘛?
