标题[问题] 有人投过 material secience and engineering B

现在有人投过Materials Science and Engineering: B
因为我在投稿的时候要求
Research Highlights provided should contain maximum of 85 characters
(including spaces) per bullet point.
我的解读是每一个Research Highlights句子不超过85个英文
在其他paper之中 要求 3~5个Research Highlights
但原本我 写了4个Research Highlights 後来减成3个Research Highlights
每个不超过25英文单字
但是还是系统..退稿..说不符合..规定
我看新几期..写的也最多3个Research Highlights 每个不超过25英文单字
我想请问有投过该期刊的朋友可以告诉我..到底是如何 下面是类似句子
EX:
