标题[问题] References格式的问题

请教各位，
因为现在要投稿的期刊格式很怪，不是APA也不像IEEE工程类，
而且这期刊似乎刚刚才改规定，下载目前已刊出的论文也不是用此格式，
我对此格式一头雾水，想请教各位之前投稿有用过这个格式吗？它叫什麽名字？
以下是部分格式规定：
Reference style
Text: Indicate references by number(s) in square brackets in line
with the text. The actual authors can be referred to,
but the reference number(s) must always be given.
Example: "..... as demonstrated [3,6]. Barnaby and Jones [8]
obtained a different result ...."
List: The list of references is arranged alphabetically
and then numbered (numbers in square brackets).
这个部分他的意思是说先照姓的字母排列，然後标号吗？
Examples:
Reference to a journal publication:
[1] J. van der Geer, J.A.J. Hanraads, R.A. Lupton, The art of writing a scientific article, J. Sci. Commun. 163 (2000) 51–59.
Reference to a book:
