上次寻问ASME的进度,今天的AE已经寄信给我,状况已从paper under review改成 AE recommendation...也写了E-mail给我如下... Dear OOO, Review of your paper, OOO(Research Paper), your paper has been completed and my recommendation has been sent to the Editor. An email from the Editor informing you of his decision will be the next email communication that you receive. The detailed comments of the reviewers and my recommendation will be available to you through your author account when the Editor makes their decision. Thank you for submitting your work to the Journal of Dynamic Systems, Measurement and Control. There was some additional time required in the identification : of reviewers for this article given the technical content. : 三个审稿人员,两个已经完成,还在等第三个的回覆,想问的是,既然两个都已经审稿 : 完毕,如果两个都接受应该可以直接回覆接受或修改後接受,但Editor却一定要等第三 : 个审稿员回覆才要回覆,这是不是代表已经被拒绝了呢?还是仍有其它的可能性?不知 : 投过ASME有经验的前辈认为呢?还望不吝赐教. --
