标题[问题] 有没有人paper丢过optics express?

小弟最近有意愿丢此期刊
但是网页上说明中提到若接受要被刊出
必须支付一笔不小的费用（在６页内需要 美金 600元)
不知道小弟是否有会错意
我把网页及相关叙述贴在下面
请知道的大大 可不可回答一下

Optics Express is freely and widely available to all readers via
the Internet. In lieu of paid subscriptions, Optics Express
requires authors to pay a publication fee. The publication
fee is meant to offset costs that cannot be met by
library subscriptions or society membership requirements.
Any articles submitted after November 20, 2005 will be held
for publication until payment of the fee is received. You
will need to pay the fee after your paper has been accepted
for publication.
Please note new fees, effective November 1, 2005.
$600 6 or fewer published pages
$1,000 7-15 published page
Manuscripts longer than 15 pages will incur a supplementary
fee of $100 per page. They will entail longer review and
processing times that will lead to delays in publication.
