In fact, this is not a job of PhD student, but rather of a supervisor or a fellow. Moreover, postgraduates in Taiwan are usually quite confused about the relationship between PhD students and master students, or same degree but at different levels. Really, in a group, they should be at a fair level; no student should be supervised by the other one. When a student seeks help from the other one, she or he should say 'please..'. Even all the members should work in a team; however, one only does one's work essentially. Co-work is possible, but only both benefit from each other's work. In your case, you, a student, actually supervise another student. However, you may also make some mistakes in this; e.g. estimate too many for a master student. If this was the real situation, you could get that feedback, which is not surprising. A master student's work is to do a master degree --- there is no point to do too much over the criteria of the degree but still get a master degree only. Similarly, you don't really like your supervisor asking you to do too much over the criteria of a PhD degree (and takes you more time), do you? I would suggest, from now on, treat your master degree co-workers as colleagues, instead of whatever in a lower rank than you. Leave your boss's job to himself. You are not paid to do this. Really, you should bear in mind, those people might, some day, decide to take a PhD course and finally become a PhD, and might will be even stronger than you.... Think about this...
