标题[问题] 目录与新档

一般都是用绝对的方式去产生新目录 或是把档案写到档案
有方法是可以让使用者自己输入要建立的资料夹及档案名称吗?
我这样写,不过无法产生
print "please enter the name of directory\n";
$file=<STDIN>;
mkdir "c:\\test\\$file";
