So, if you will go to Hong Kong shopping, you should be able to get a better deal in Hong Kong. As for the quality, I have no idea...... But, some seller on ebay.com do sell those watches from Hong Kong and they all get good feedback, I suppose the QC shouldn't be bad. Hope this help......
