我是从level shifting 去判断，是以改变Vg, Vd来调整transistor的current ratio.
(之类的吧...我电子学已经忘光光 ><)
所以gate 我猜是 改变电晶体的闸极电流

这句後面应该还有文字，建议把一个单句打出来，
我的解读应该是针对current source做某些动作,
所以gate我猜是有 reject, separate 或 block 的意思。

这句话我也需要更多"前後文"才比较有把握来判断，
就单存 A gated by B，应该是指 A is energized under certain conditions.
至於怎样的 condition 看不出来。
