标题[闲聊] 怪异的claim

有兴趣的人可以去翻一下这篇专利的claim 9 20040161257
9. The method of providing user interface displays in an image forming
apparatus which is really a bogus claim included amongst real claims,
and which should be removed before filing; wherein the claim is included
to determine if the inventor actually read the claims and the inventor
should instruct the attorneys to remove the claim.
不知道是attorney恶搞发明人还是怎样
居然出现这样像在问卷中测试性的claim
不过attorney已经在preliminary amendment中delete掉这项claim
要不然肯定变成无效专利的XD
到底是什麽情况 会演变成这样尴尬的场面呢:p
